Star Engineering Works undertakes Bridge construction projects involving super structure .
Super structure works that we undertake includes fabrication, assembly and launching/erection of steel, PSC, RCC and composite super structure of all types.
The company carries out construction of both plate & triangulated truss girder bridges.
We have handled spans of 12.2mtr span to 61mtr OWG. Also, we have a major experience of doing erection works with Cantilever Overhead crane. In one of our assignment we have done erection works of 15x61mtr OWG span using a Cantilever Crane.
BRIDGE WORK
Steel Channel Sleeper
Steel channel sleepers are designed for use in the railway tracks running over bridges where a resilient ballast bed cannot be used. Steel channel sleepers are fabricated from steel channel sections, wherein two channels are welded together to obtain the required strength.
H-beam Steel Sleeper
H-beam sleepers are exclusively designed to handle the dynamic loads of trains on non-ballasted open deck steel girder bridges. The H-beam sleeper is made of single rolled H-beam section having adequate bearing area, robust structure and accurate dimensions which are more suitable for the tracks running over bridge.
Star Engineering Works undertakes manufacturing and laying of sleepers on bridges.
TRACK WORKS
Star Engineering Works undertakes different types of fabrication jobs ranging from Steel Plate Girders to OWG girders. We have heavy experience in the field of fabrication and have fabricated 5000mt worth of MS steel.
We have done numerous projects including fabrication of :

STEEL FABRICATION
Star Engineering Works has a vast experience in fabricating and erection of Girders using Cantilever Crane. We have successfully fabricated and supplied Cantilevers for 30.5 mtrs span and 61 mtrs span.
We have also undertaken works of erection using these cranes and have completed erection of 8 X 61mtrs OWG span and 5 X 30.5 mtr span.
